The reality of Team DynamiΣ PRC has evolved over the years, involving an increasing number of students from various courses of study, reaching a count of over 100 selected students from more than 400 who apply for recruiting each year. The team is composed of seven technical departments, each led by a Manager responsible for directing and organizing the group’s work. Each of these managers, in turn, reports to the Technical Directors whose role is to unify and standardize the work of all, in order to achieve the common goal. In parallel, the Business & Marketing and Cost Evaluation departments work, focusing on the Business Plan Presentation Event, communication, and the Cost and Manufacturing Event. These departments report to the Sports Director who, along with the Team Leader, is responsible for the team’s management.
